Overhaul & Reconditioning

Our team will support you in choosing the solution that best fits your needs and budget and provide you with a wide range of services for compressors of all types and brands. Based on our long multi-brand experience we can give you the most cost-effective and reliable solution for the overhauling or reconditioning or retrofit of your compressor.

We at BREEZE offer you:

  • Full inspection and overview of your compressor; with a technical report and quotation of the best and most economical solution.
  • Compressor overhauling or reconditioning as required, testing, installation and start-up
  • Compressor exchange
  • Retrofitting of compressors on board

We have the capability to overhaul and recondition, in our own fully equipped workshop facility, open and semi-hermetic compressors of all major brands like Daikin, Carrier, Sabroe, York, Stal, Bitzer, Bock, Copeland etc. Overhauls -involving inspection of critical components and tolerances and replacement of standard wear components- will be completed within 3 working days of receiving unit and purchase order.

For reconditioning or more extensive repairs -involving disassembly and replacement of all essential parts along with all electrical components- turnaround time will be 10 working days of receiving unit and purchase order; except in cases of scarcity of OEM parts, where a case-by-case delivery time will be quoted.
Compressor

Each reconditioned compressor is completely restored to meet identical manufacturing standards as new units.

All spare parts used in compressors remanufacturing are genuine OEM parts in standard dimensions. Every overhauled or reconditioned compressor unit -prior to leaving our facility- undergoes trial testing and testing under working conditions and is supplied with a detailed technical report and a video clip of the testing procedure.

Our Compressor Exchange Program is a fast and economical alternative to on site overhauls and comes with the following features:

  • New compressor
  • Second-hand compressor that has been overhauled
  • Second-hand compressor that has been reconditioned
